Why We Built This
Meet our Staffy. He loves attention, treats, VIP treatment, and meeting new people - which means he comes with us pretty much everywhere.
Like a lot of dog owners, that led us to the same question every time: "Is this place actually dog-friendly?" Some places allow dogs outside. Some welcome them inside. Some put a water bowl down and call it dog-friendly. Others go the extra mile - free treats, a fuss behind the bar, even a dog menu.
The problem was, there wasn't one simple place that told you the difference. So we built Dog Friendly Places to make that easier. We're starting locally, finding and sharing places that genuinely welcome dogs - not just tolerate them - and being clear about what "dog-friendly" actually means at each spot.
Whether you're planning a full day out, looking for somewhere new after a walk, or just want a stress-free coffee with your dog by your side, our goal is to help you discover places you and your dog will both love.
